Terms of Use

By submitting this form, I confirm:

  1. That I consent to the processing of my personal data for the purposes of the Slovenian Theatre Institute (SLOGI), the Oder portal, and the SLOGI portal, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

  2. That I will use any materials obtained exclusively for academic and non-commercial purposes, and will not use them for any other purpose without the prior written consent of SLOGI.

  3. That I will not publish or otherwise make available to third parties any materials obtained through the Oder portal in any form, unless such use is permitted without the rights holder's authorisation under copyright law — and in each such case I have obtained prior written permission from SLOGI specifying any restrictions on the scope and manner of permitted use. In all cases, any publication must include an appropriate credit to "SLOGI, Oder Portal", along with the title or identifier of the material as the source, and the authors and performers of the materials used, as listed in the source or on the Oder portal.

  4. That I undertake to comply with applicable copyright and related rights legislation in force in the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union.

  5. That I am aware of my responsibility for any breach of the obligations set out above.
